I appreciated the very kind reception staff. They were helpful throughout my stay. the location is good and convenient, close to key attractions and transport. i found the room to be clean with a well-organized layout. i want to thank the staff for their warm hospitality. and excellent service. we loved the breakfast especially the fresh eggs.
The minibar in my room did not work initially. A technician replaced it quickly though. otherwise. everything was satisfactory.

The breakfast impressed me. there was a very wide selection of food. the staff provided good service, especially at the front desk. the breakfast was good, too.
The room i booked was non-smoking. i stayed on a smoking floor for two days. my daughters stayed on the 28th floor and i complained about a bad drainage smell. no action was taken about the smell before i left.

Some Issues During the Stay

poor cleaningdishonest staff
I had some issues. The cleaning staff, they don't care about good cleaning. I found they do not change the sheets every day. Plus, I saw some cleaning staff use visitor's items like their creams. Not very honest of them, you know?
